Australian Opening – University of Wollongong

The inaugural “Voices of Children” exhibition was held at the University of Wollongong, Faculty of Arts gallery, from the 26 - 30 September, 2005. The exhibition was opened by the well respected Australian photographer Rex Dupain, who had high praise for the words and images provided by the children from the five participating countries – Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and the USA.  The exhibition was well attended and included a number of the children who had contributed their words and images to the project.

Assumption University – Thailand

In January 2006, “Voices of Children” travelled to Thailand for the first of four international exhibitions. The superb facilities at Assumption University in Bangkok, provided a wonderful setting for the exhibition. Brother Bancha Saenghiran, President of Assumption University, opened the exhibition and highly commended both the project and the quality of the children’s works.
